Good products, bad supports |

They have a good variety of test equipment especially for EMC/EMI testing. The technical support for test equipment
is excellent, always available to answer my question. When it comes to support for application and software, its a whole another story. The
support rep wasn't knowledgeable, and most of the time I ended up contacting the project manager to resolve
an issue. Overall, they have good customer servivce and follows up on inquiries & service reminder. But I wouldn't
recommend using their calibratin service, they're alot more expensive compare to other calibration labs.
