Like most other digitizing oscilloscopes, the Agilent DSO6000 / DSO7000A/B Series oscilloscope are not designed to offer floating measurement by itself. With the Agilent DSO6000 / DSO7000A/B Series oscilloscope, you can make floating or differential measurements using a differential probe

the Agilent N2772A (20 MHz differential probe measuring up to 600V).
Agilent 1141A (use with 1142A power module – 200 MHz differential probe measuring up to 200 V or 500 V with 100:1 attenuator).
Agilent 1130A InfiniiMax probe (1.5 GHz bandwidth differential probe amplifier measuring up to 30 V).
