I need to do ZigBee (IEEE802.15.4) Tx/Rx analysis( such as output power, power rise/fall, sensitivity, max input level, etc..) Can an Agilent N4010A be used?

Yes the N4010A (with opt 102 and 104) could perform the mentioned Tx and Rx tests and more. For the Rx tests, you would need to provide a waveform with IQ data captured from the DUT.

What about doing jamming resistance tests, would I need a second signal generator (such as an MXG N5182A or E4438C) or could I use a second Agilent N4010A

Yes for the jamming resistance test, a second N4010A (with option 102) or a ESG E4438C / MXG N5182A is needed for act as the second source to output the Zigbee signal waveform

This signal can be generated from an IQ file that you created (i.e., using Matlab), or a signal that is captured and processed with the N4010A + the signal studio software from Agilent that would be used with the E4438C or the N5182A.
